Public Function WriteFile(ByVal Filename As String, ByVal Contents As String, Optional ByVal CreatePath As Boolean = False, Optional ByVal WriteBinary As Boolean = True) As String

Writes a file in the file system. Overwrites if existing.

Filename: The name of the file to write. If only a file name is specified without a path, the exepath is used.
Contents: The contents to write.
CreatePath: Pass as True to create the path if needed.
WriteBinary: Pass as True to write a binary string, False to write a text string.

lErrorMessage = WriteFile("C:\Temp\MyFolder\MyFile.txt", "Hello world", True)
