Gets a value from an ini-file. Returns an empty string at all exceptions.

FileName: The ini-file to use. Leave empty for '{ExeName}.ini'. Uses the exe-path if no path specified.
SectionName: The section to read the key from.
KeyName: The name of the key to read.
